Serving as both a fundraising and guidance entity for the school, HSA embodies Saint Paul School's unique approach to a parent-teacher association. Fundraisers
The Saint Paul Home and School Association (HSA) organizes a variety of fundraisers to support the school and its programs. These events bring together parents, teachers, and the community, all working towards a common goal of enhancing the educational experience at Saint Paul School. Let's take a closer look at these exciting fundraisers.
This springtime event begins with a Fun Run for students right at the school on a Friday, creating an atmosphere of excitement and physical activity. The following Saturday, the 5K race takes place, and a delightful pancake breakfast is offered, making it an enjoyable and rewarding experience for participants. All students are encouraged to seek donations for the run and prizes are awarded to highest raiser, highest raising class and many more. Students can also participate in the t-shirt drawing contest where the winning design will be printed on all event shirts.
The Golf Scramble fundraiser is a competitive and entertaining event for golf enthusiasts held in August. Teams of four golfers come together for a day of friendly competition on the greens. This event includes not only a thrilling golf tournament of 18 holes but also delicious food, principal’s lemonade, the chance to win prizes, and, most importantly, lots of fun and fellowship.
Trivia Night is a competitive and intellectually stimulating event and is held in our school gym in February. Teams of up to eight players engage in a friendly battle of wits for bragging rights. While testing their knowledge, participants can also enjoy delicious food, spirits, and the option to purchase mulligans, all in addition to the entry fee. This event is open to the public and is a great opportunity for fellowship and fun.
Our Biennial Gala, a grand event that is a cornerstone of HSA's fundraising efforts. The Gala features a sumptuous dinner, lively dancing, and a live auction. It stands as the largest fundraiser for HSA, attracting participants from far and wide. The Gala is not only a fantastic night of celebration but also a significant contributor to the school's financial well-being. This themed event is a fun way to kick off the summer break. The School Merchandise Sale is a seasonal event that allows the school community to stock up on Saint Paul School spirit wear for the year. This initiative fosters a sense of pride and unity among students and parents.
Athletic funds are raised by managing concessions and admission at volleyball and basketball tournaments and the regular season home games hosted at Saint Paul School. These events take place from fall to spring, with tournaments occurring during January and February. The proceeds from these activities contribute to the overall financial health of the school's athletic programs.
The Walmart Round-Up initiative, which encourages individuals to "Round Up" their Walmart orders to support Saint Paul School. This convenient and straightforward way to contribute provides an additional avenue for raising funds to support the school's various needs and programs. Simply login to your Walmart account and under Manage Account select Giving and Impact. Here you can select Saint Paul School as your chosen charity and enable the round up feature.
